- The questionnaire of the enterprise (the main data of the enterprise: INN, KPP, OGRN, r/s, bank, telephones, etc.);
- A notarized copy of the certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the entry on the state registration of the legal entity;
- A notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity (if the legal entity was established before July 01, 2002);
- A notarized copy of the tax registration certificate of a legal entity;
- A notarized copy of the constituent documents of the legal entity (the Charter with all amendments and additions);
- A bank card certified by the bank, with certified samples of the seal of the legal entity and signatures of persons authorized to sign the necessary documents on behalf of the legal entity;
- A copy of an Extract from the minutes of the meeting of the authorized body, certified by an authorized person of the organization, containing the decision of the authorized body of the organization on the election of the sole executive body of the organization or on the transfer of powers of the sole executive body of the organization to the managing organization or to the manager authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity without a power of attorney;
- A copy of the Order on the assumption of office of the sole executive body of the organization or on the transfer of powers of the sole executive body of the organization to the managing organization or the manager, certified by an authorized person of the organization – legal entity.

- Individual Entrepreneur's card (basic data of the Sole proprietor: INN, OGRNIP, r/s, bank, phone numbers, etc.);
- A notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur;
- A copy of the general passport (the first page and the page with the registration address);
- A notarized copy of the individual's tax registration certificate;
- A bank card certified by the bank, with certified samples of the seal of the individual entrepreneur and signatures of persons authorized to sign the necessary documents on behalf of the individual entrepreneur.
The cost of our services:
Before the Client's registration:
Registration of the Client on the Exchange as a Trading Participant - 25,000 rubles;
Registration as a Client of the Bidder - 6,000 rubles.
After Client registration:
Broker's remuneration based on the results of each auction is 0.7% of the transaction amount, but not less than 10,000 rubles;
The exchange fee is 0.06% of the transaction amount.
Registration of the Client on the Exchange as a Trading Participant - 25,000 rubles;
